The Best Care Foundation will be staging its annual Gala dinner and Cabaret tomorrow at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.
Partnering with Jamaica National for this yearâs event, organisers are promising an exciting show and are hoping to get a huge turnout. Everett Lewis, director of the Foundation told The Gleaner, that the event, although a charity one will be taken as seriously as any other show.
Leroy Sibbles, Elton Earlington, Bare Essentials and special guest Ashlie White-Barrett, Miss Jamaica World will be providing entertainment on the night. In addition, there will be a special auction on location. Guests will be able to extend an additional hand to the home by purchasing items on display. These items will include paintings, ceramics and other household items.
With tickets costing $10,000 dollars, the foundation is hoping to raise approximately $1 million from the event. Lewis says the money will be used for the upkeep of the home and to ensure that adequate care is extended to the children under the foundationâs care.
Tickets are available at the Best Care Foundation on Trevennion Road. The event is expected to start at 7Â p.m.
