A driving instructor accused of squeezing his student's neck after she disobeyed his instruction is to return to court on March 12.
Robert Nayou pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning bodily harm when he appeared in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Friday.
The court heard that the complainant was driving when she saw a motor vehicle coming towards her and stopped.
Reports say that when Nayou started swearing, the complainant came out of the driver's seat, went around the back passenger's seat and told him to take her to her office.
Nayou allegedly held the complainant by her neck and told her to leave the vehicle.
