Noel Hylton's work should be a landmark for others– Argentina's Ambassador to Jamaica

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Embassy of Argentina in Jamaica through Ambassador, His Excellency Ariel Hernandez has joined with many Jamaicans in offering condolences to the family and friends of Noel Hylton who passed away earlier today.

Hylton who was a former Port Authority of Jamaica (PAJ) president and chairman died Saturday at the University Hospital of the West Indies Intensive Care Unit after a long illness. Born in August 1931 and an accountant by profession, Hylton was acknowledged for his considerable achievements in the public and private sectors which spanned more than 40 years.

Ambassador Hernandez in a comment posted on OBSERVER ONLINE said: As Ambassador of Argentina and on behalf of the Government and people of our country, our deepest condolences to Mr Hylton's family and friends for the impressive life of a highly respected Jamaican. His vision, attitudes, sense of human mankind and passionate work for his country, Jamaica, should be a landmark for present and future generations.”
